Trump Offers Chilling Response When Tucker Asks If He’s Worried They’re Going To Kill Him – ‘Savage Animals’

During an interview last night, the former President Donald Trump had a chilling response when Tucker Carlson suggested that the escalation of action by Democrats could lead to him being killed.

Trump, the leading candidate for the Republican nomination for President, opted to accept an interview opportunity with Carlson rather than engage in the first GOP debate in Milwaukee.

The discussion aired on X (formerly Twitter) directly opposite the debate and has, at this time, been viewed over 155 million times.

The pair began discussing the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, with Carlson suggesting that, despite the official ruling that he committed suicide in his jail cell, “He was killed.”

“I think the more – the closer you look, I’m not a conspiracy person at all,” the former Fox News host said of the Epstein case. “I believe everything I hear.”

Trump Asked: ‘Why Wouldn’t They Try And Kill You?’

From there, Carlson openly wondered about the repeated escalation in actions taken by Democrats against Trump, eventually asking him if he was worried it was going to get him killed.

“The reason I’m asking you (about Epstein) is I’m looking at the trajectory since 2015 when you got into politics, you know, for real,” Carlson began.

“And then won, there, it started with protests against you. Massive protests, organized protests by the left and then it moved to impeachment twice,” he continued. “And now indictment.”

“I mean, the next stage is, is violence … Are you worried that they’re gonna try and kill you?” Carlson queried. “Why wouldn’t they try and kill you? Honestly?”

Trump responded by calling them “savage animals.”

“They” could be referring to Democrats, or intelligence officials, or both, depending on how you view Carlson’s comments.

“They are people that are sick, really sick,” Trump responded truthfully.

He then noted how there are some very fine people in the Democrat party and that he, as President, must represent all Americans and not be beholden to any one party.

“I’m the President of everybody, but I’ve seen what they do. I’ve seen the lengths that they go to when they make up the Russia, Russia, Russia,” said Trump.

Trump: They’ll Try To Steal It Again

Carlson didn’t let go of the topic either, again mentioning the escalation in actions and its inevitable conclusion in his mind.

“What’s next after, you know, try to put you in prison for the rest of your life? That’s not working,” he wondered. “So, like, don’t they have to kill you now?”

Carlson then prompted Trump to explain that if he truly believes the 2020 presidential election was stolen, what’s going to happen this time around.

“If you’re saying they stole it from me last time, why wouldn’t they do the same this time?” he asked.

“Oh, well, they’ll try. They’re gonna be trying,” he replied. “Yeah.”

Trump has long insisted that there was widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election, though no courts have yet agreed on the matter.

The former President also pointed out that they would try to do the same to any Republican candidate.

“And not, not only me, you know … But if somebody else got in, other than me, they’ll go at him just as viciously as they did me,” he surmised. “These people are sick and they will go after them.”

Many will certainly agree with what Trump had to say on this.
